Hub acquires North Carolina agency

Hub International Ltd. announced Monday it acquired Wade Associates LLC, an independent agency with expertise in construction, manufacturing, health care, life sciences and technology.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Wade Associates, which has 35 employees, has four locations in North Carolina: Davidson, New Bern, Raleigh and Wilmington.
