Not that I can think of. Astro Bot was last year. Silksong and Hades 2 are really good but more of the (really good) same. Nothing beat Clair Obscure for WOW value this year. Of course that’s not the same as being best, it’s just exceeding expectations the most, but that counts a lot for these.
