Lynn Minges, a Bladenboro High School grad, has been honored by BUSINESS NORTH CAROLINA MAGAZINE as a member of their 2024 POWER LIST. Minges, CEO of N.C Restaurant and Lodging Association, has been, for more than a decade, the leading light which enables visitors, 43 million in 2022, according to Visit North Carolina, to have a memorable time in the “old north state.”
Minges has spent much time promoting the industry, first as a former N.C. Department of Commerce deputy secretary, when she was tasked with marketing the state as a domestic and international destination for tourism, filmmaking and sports development.
The North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association has 20,000 restaurant and hotel members.
