President Biden is strongly denouncing an effort by the International Criminal Court to seek arrest warrants for top Israeli and Hamas leaders on war crime charges stemming from the war in Gaza. President Biden called the decision outrageous and also condemned those who accuse Israel of engaging in genocide. The president said Monday that “there’s no equivalence between Israel and Hamas,” contrary to the allegations from the ICC.
