Historical Landmarks Mississippi – Biloxi Lighthouse 2021

This historical landmark in Biloxi, Mississippi was erected in 1848 and was one of the first cast-iron lighthouses in the South. The lighthouse has changed hands many times over the years until the United States coast guard decommissioned the lighthouse and taking it out of service in 1967.
The city of Biloxi took control in 1968. Now its open to the public for tours! Monday thru Sunday 9am to 10am. (You can get your tickets by going over to the visitors center. The cost is 5 dollars per person to enter the lighthouse) If you’re enjoying my content feel free to subscribe!
